Better than rated with great interactive and efficient chart and a useful and quite trustworthy p2p but personally... I had issues with lengthy verification that caused me some significant loss. Contact myrecovery.live they're excellent help where fraud and funds and asset recovery is concerned.

With so many irregularities going on in my account I just could not trust them anymore with a lot missing currency unaccounted for. I opted to withdraw it all but I was banned from doing so. I was able to actually get all they stole from my account with help from commad.club.

They have server issues, so if you are into trading and when big dumps or pumps happen don't expect to gain anything because you won't be able to do anything... You can't even market sell because of their bad servers and then they say you had no issues when they admit they had the issues...

Very bad experience - depositaed some fiat funds then tried a small withdrawal to test the system. Was told that my security level was too low - and the process to enhance my security refuses to recognise my phone number. Now my account is frozen - no trading, or money in or out - and not a word from Customer Services. I really regret using this company - my advice would be to avoid, avoid, avoid ...
Two days later - still no progress - Binance Customer Support keeps referring me to the web-site help pages which don't help at all - I'm stuck in an endless loop with this awful company trying to get my money unstuck - things will get legal soon - I fancy a holiday to Malta, where they are registered :-)

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I CANNOT WITHDRAW CRYPTO AND THEY DONT RESPOND AT ALL. DONT BUY FROM BINANCE!!!!!

I tried to open an account with them,
for more than 2 months.
A real comedy of errors.
They would repeatedly ask me for the SAME documents
over and over again. Their filing system must suck.
These fools are Sooooo damn incompetent, I will never
trust them with my money.
A couple of times, they even referred to me by someone else's name.
By the time I said enough is enough and stopped responding to their demands,
I had already been verified by two other prominent US exchanges in the same time.

Binance has a very good exchange but I'm frustrated by their customer support. The company have a very good home interface.
